DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE NEW YEAR TO GET IN SHAPE & HEALTHY !

Something I will never understand, it's that with this Christmas time coming, I get a lot of messages or clients, telling me they will wait after Christmas time & parties to start working toward their goal, eating better and get in shape... 🤔

I will never understand 👏🏼WHY👏🏼waiting ?? Why waiting to make improvements, to be the best version of yourself and ALREADY making results ?

Even if EVENTUALLY with some "indulgences" here & here the results won’t as 100000% optimum compare if you had stick to it to the tee, A PROGRESS IS STILL A PROGRESS ‼️ 😳🤷🏻‍♀️ Think about the improvement you would have ALREADY made during all those times you've waited for a certain "perfect time"

Let me tell you, you'll always have something or some excuses in your life to not doing today. And I think is the worse mistake people’s do.... :

"I’ll start tomorrow.”

Let me garantie you, tomorrow will turn into the day after, and so on. During that time, people actually starting already working on a better self. 😉

it doesn’t really make any sense to wait for a turn in the calendar to get started. Why putting something as important as your health & wellness on the back when you can start making improvements right now? there’s really no better time than right now to make your health a priority.

Do yourself a favor & start NOW💥

Find someone to keep you accountable and go into all the holidays proud of what you’ve accomplished rather than wishing you could speed up time and start New Year’s Day...

There's no such thing as an 'idea time' to start because the best time to start is right now.
