LOW GI, HIGH PROTEIN BANANA BREAD šŸ˜šŸŒšŸ’Ŗ (vegan)


The ingredients I am using are linked ! All are from BodyandFit ! Amazing online store I just discovered ! They selling supplements, but also fit food such as healthy low carbs muesli, pasta, bread, nut butter, superfood, ā€¦ And not expensive at all !

I will do a unboxing of my first order on YouTube cause Iā€™ve orderedā€¦ A LOT šŸ˜‚

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cups coconut flour (GI : 30)

  • 1 cups of protein power (Iā€™m using this one, because itā€™s BANANA FLAVOR šŸ˜±šŸŒšŸ’› Seriously best taste ever ! It do not taste artificial, and the ingredient list is on point !)

  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 cup coconut sugar (GI : 35)

  • Ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/4 cup soy milk

  • Natural flavor vanilla drop, cinnamon, dried grapes, other fruits, nuts, seeds ā€¦ be creative !

La protƩine que j'ai utilisƩ pour cette recette, gout banane.

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, protein, soy milk & baking soda.

  2. In the mine time, in another bowl, add in the mashed bananas & sugar.

  3. Add the bananas into the first bowl, add all the other fantasy ingredients you wish ! (Recommendations : you can add some super food such as ashwagandha powder that I just tried ! For extra yumminest, feel free to add some of your favorite nut butter ! You can make it even more nutrient dense by adding some chia seeds)

  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes - until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Enjoy this banana cake just as it is, or, I suggest my version ā€¦ šŸ˜ :

I deep it in nut butter and add some cacao nips on top šŸ¤— I usually eat it for breakfast with some muesli ! If you want to keep it low carb all the way you can try this one ! No added sugar & 37g protein !

Low carbs muesli can be super healthy or full of added crap, dangerous educlorants, concervator, ... etc.

So be carful ! Same with your protein power ! If I recommend you a product or a brand is that I truly believe in it and actually USING IT myself ! You know me now ! šŸ’ž
