🍇 Dried fruits (the best is with dates but I didn't have left ... I ate all of them the night before 🙊 Ooups ! Sorry not sorry 😅) .

🌼 Chia seeds (just for nutrient purpose 😝 - You can add hemp seeds as well ! They have a perfect essential amino acid profil, great source of healthy fats, full of protein & healthy for your gut)
